Yoga Teacher Training

Classically Informed Teaching, Progressively Aligned.

BIPOC & LGBTQ+ SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE!

Classically Informed Teaching, Progressively Aligned.

The Stretch Collective Yoga Teacher Training offers a comprehensive program like no other! We surpass the Yoga Alliance standards by offering more contact time, blending eastern and western knowledge, all while providing more teaching opportunities to our students. This creates a holistic view of the body, a strong knowledge base, and supremely proficient instructors.

This transformational course will allow you to dive deeply into your own journey and find your unique insights and teaching voice. Stretch Collective puts a modern spin on Yogic philosophy and Asana while remaining deeply rooted in Yoga’s rich history. We offer you an alignment-oriented Hatha/Hatha-Flow training that will leave you feeling confident to teach in any setting!

There is a strong functional alignment and anatomy aspect weaved throughout this course. Modifications, progressions, and contraindications will be discussed in detail for each pose covered. This course advocates that Yoga is for all bodies; you will learn to fit poses to people, rather than fit people to poses.

We provide a safe and supportive environment while you take this journey with us!  We are dedicated to your success during the course and afterward. After your course is completed you will have the opportunity to assist in classes or teach karma classes at our beautiful facility while you continue to polish your new skills.
