Group classes, private sessions, and semi-private sessions are all available.

 

A group reformer class involves a maximum of 6 clients to ensure you have individualized attention. The classes utilize a variety of large and small equipment focusing on the Pilates Reformer. Classes are multi-leveled to give you autonomy over your workout.
