Become a Fully Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor!
Online Self-Paced Hybrid Program

Build the knowledge, confidence, and teaching skills to become a highly skilled Pilates instructor through a comprehensive, evidence-informed certification program that bridges the traditions of Classical Pilates with modern movement science.
Designed for aspiring instructors and movement professionals alike, this modular program develops not only your understanding of Pilates, but your ability to teach real people safely, effectively, and confidently.

A Comprehensive Education Built for Real-World Teaching
Our Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training is delivered in progressive certification modules. After successfully completing each module, you will earn certification in that modality while continuing your journey toward becoming a fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor.
Rather than simply teaching choreography, we teach you how to think, observe, adapt, and teach. By the time you complete the full program, you will have the skills to confidently teach private sessions and group classes across all major Pilates apparatus.
What Makes This Program Different?
Unlike many certification programs, our curriculum emphasizes teaching methodology as much as repertoire. You'll learn:
-
Classical Pilates repertoire, order, and exercise intention
-
Contemporary, evidence-informed movement principles
-
Anatomy and biomechanics
-
Contraindications and modifications
-
Programming and class design
-
Verbal, visual, and tactile cueing
-
Progressive teaching techniques
-
Working with special populations
-
Critical thinking and clinical reasoning
-
Creative sequencing for private and group instruction

Our goal is simple:
To help you become an instructor who understands bodies—not just exercises.
